Our subscribers act as the Data Controllers. We process lead information strictly under the instruction of our subscribers to deliver real-time communication routing and automation.

2.1 Subscriber Account Data: During administrative account creation, registration, or tier onboarding, we collect basic business profile variables. This includes full name, corporate agency identity, corporate email address, administrative mobile line, and selected localized account preferences.

2.2 Ingested Lead Payloads (Customer Data): Our system infrastructure allocates unique webhook ingestion tokens and email parsing targets for your account. The platform parses string variables from incoming real estate portal notifications (such as realestate.com.au or Domain inquiries) and your agency website. This ingested text metadata typically contains consumer full name, personal mobile number, email address, specific property address or listing reference ID, and raw inquiry message strings.

3. How Data is Processed and Shared

3.1 Technical Automation and Routing: We utilize collected subscriber data and parsed lead strings exclusively to execute service automation workflows. This includes analyzing lead intent, dispatching immediate notification signals back to the subscriber via SMS/WhatsApp, and forwarding payloads into your authenticated third-party Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

3.2 Artificial Intelligence (LLM) Processing Safeguards: To score lead intent and structure messy inquiry text, the ClueSales data pipeline utilizes secure API processing frameworks (including Gemini API layers).

Zero Model Training Clause: We explicitly guarantee that zero consumer lead payloads, parsed names, phone lines, or transactional string variables processed through ClueSales are ever permanently retained, cached, or utilized by us or our sub-processors to train open-source foundational language models or public machine learning weights.

3.3 No Commercial Exploitation: Cluesales Labs LLP does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize parsed lead data to third-party data brokers, marketing agencies, or outside advertising platforms under any circumstances.

4. Data Security and Retention Policies

7.1 Access, Export, and Deletion: Depending on your jurisdiction, you or your consumers may possess legal rights to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of personal data processed inside your account architecture.
