1. Subscription Management and Cancellation
1.1 Right to Cancel: You may cancel your ClueSales subscription tier at any time. To prevent automated renewals, cancellations must be initialized directly through your account administrative dashboard preferences panel or by submitting a formal request to our billing support desk.
1.2 Post-Cancellation System Access: Upon processing your cancellation via our billing utility layer, your active account features, webhook ingestion routes, and data dashboard layouts will remain fully operational until the final terminal day of your current paid monthly cycle. At the end of that billing period, your active subscription will lapse, no further financial extractions will occur, and your custom routing keys will be securely deactivated.
2. Free Trial Period Boundaries
2.1 14-Day Evaluation Window: We provide a 14-day free trial on our platform tiers (Basic, Growth, and Pro) to allow agencies to thoroughly evaluate our real-time portal parsing and communication pipelines.
2.2 Zero-Risk Trial Cancellation: No financial charges will be made against your payment method during the active 14-day evaluation window. If you determine the software workflow does not align with your agency requirements, you can cancel your access anytime inside those first 14 days without incurring any subscription dues or transactional commitments.
3. Refund Execution Framework
3.1 Non-Refundable Nature of Active Cycles: Because ClueSales activates live infrastructure systems—incurring immediate variable operational overhead, including large language model (LLM) processing tokens, cellular carrier signaling fees, and automated WhatsApp business communication distributions—we do not issue pro-rated partial refunds or credits for mid-month, partial-use cycles.
3.2 Service Malfunction Claims: If a structural system blackout, parsing database corruption, or downstream routing failure prevents you from utilizing your active tier capacity for a prolonged duration, you may file a technical billing dispute. To submit a claim, email your formal issue documentation to support@cluesales.com, containing your unique account workspace ID and the specific Paddle transaction invoice code. Our billing validation desk investigates service delivery incidents within 3 business days.
4. Account Abuse and Suspension Restrictions
4.1 Compliance Violations: No refunds, credits, or fee adjustments will be issued under any circumstances if your ClueSales account is suspended, restricted, or permanently terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, utilizing our automated workflows to send unsolicited spam, operating without verifiable consumer opt-in consent, or attempting infrastructure exploitation.
